2020 was a strange year, We were not able to get out into our community as much as we wanted, but for this next year, this will be a main goal of ours!

4th of July Parade-2019
This year, like the last few, Niwot Cheerleaders had the pleasure to march in the 4th of July Parade. Along with our Marching Band and Football team, we were able to represent our High School with Pride! We were also able to mingle with the families and help a few little's with their bike decoration. Congrats to the Squad on a Solid State Performance!
The squad gave a solid performance at the CHSAA spirit championship in Denver, and earned a commendable 16th place in state. Thank you to the Left Hand Valley Courier for attending the performance and writing such a great summary of the squad's efforts.

Squad member Savannah Parrot was quoted in an Associated Press piece defending cheerleading as a sport. The piece was picked up nationwide including by the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, Yahoo! Sports, ESPN and more. The piece stated:

The Niwot High School cheer squad earned an amazing 13th place finish at the state tournament and received a great feature in the Left Hand Valley Courier. This year's finish was five spots higher than last year's squad, and second in the SVVSD. We couldn't be more proud of the squad or agree more with the headline that they were "flawless."
